I’ve been on edge for several weeks, now I’m finally sleeping soundly,
And although it doesn’t seem it, I’m much better than before,
Now I sink into my chair, feeling numb from booze and Prozac;
It’s as clear as it could be that I don’t need you anymore...

I let the stress build up and up before I finally started venting,
Now my family and friends all wish for deafness and content,
From time to time it makes me laugh, thinking what could I see in you?
Can I please get back the effort, time and money that I spent?
