I've lowered my expectations of what I expect from bands
There's not much out there that speaks to me, except for Social Distortion
Even then, Mike Ness had a horrible drug addiction
That's just not the kind of person that I am

When I was 14 all my best friends were metal heads
Less Than Jake were my inspiration
But I'm not 14 anymore and I've got entirely new friends
I met Less Than Jake and they let me down

Against Me said that we can be the bands we want to hear
I just think it's a shame that I think they suck
